1. No Return on Real Estate Transactions

Real estate transactions (property purchases, bookings, down payments, or agreements) are final and cannot be returned. All such dealings are directly between buyers, sellers, and builders. Land Squire acts only as a connecting platform and does not hold responsibility for returns on purchased properties.

2. Refund for Service-Based Charges

We may offer refunds only for platform-based paid services such as:

  • Premium property listing packages
  • Featured property promotions
  • Advertisement services

Refunds for these services may be allowed only if:

  • The service was not delivered as promised.
  • You raise a refund request within 48 hours of purchase.
  • The order has not yet been utilized or activated.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed site visits
  • Agent consultancy charges
  • Any service already consumed
  • Third-party services purchased outside the platform

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited to your original mode of payment.
